We had a great stay at Average Hotel in Rancagua. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk was efficient and courteous, making check-in a breeze. The hotel's location offered beautiful views of the sunrise over the mountains, adding a special touch to our stay. Despite some minor drawbacks with the shower and the restaurant, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel. I would recommend Average Hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Rancagua.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a great experience. The location on the main avenue was really convenient for exploring the area. The staff was very attentive and polite, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a nice restaurant and bar/lounge area as well. On top of all that, they had a swimming pool and a fitness center for guests to use. I had a fantastic stay here.

The hotel location was perfect since it was close to the city center and also a few meters away from a shopping center. The staff was really friendly and attentive, they were always willing to help us with our requests. The breakfast buffet was really tasty, with a lot of options to choose from.

There was an issue with the air conditioning in our room, which made it really uncomfortable to sleep at night. , the elevator was not working properly and sometimes we had to wait for a few minutes until it arrived at our floor.

The view from the rooms facing east is amazing, with spectacular sunrises over the mountains. the rooms are also spacious, with important amenities such as a safe, drawers, desks, and a closet. the hotel has secure parking under the building, which is a great advantage.

The hotel has some issues that need improvement. the restaurant service provided by some of the wait staff leaves much to be desired.
